What do I need to tell you when I call?
The year, make and model of the vehicle, what it's doing (or not doing), any warning lights, and where it's located. That lets us bring the right tools and give you an accurate quote.
How much does a mobile repair cost?
Labor is $95 per hour with a two-hour minimum appointment ($190). Travel, parts, supplies and NC sales tax are listed separately. You'll get a quote before any work starts.
Is diagnostics included?
Diagnostics are quoted by job, because a simple battery test and an intermittent electrical fault take very different amounts of time. We'll tell you the diagnostic cost upfront.
Do you offer roadside assistance?

Is every repair possible on-site?
Most common repairs are. Some jobs need a lift or shop equipment. If yours does, we'll tell you upfront rather than starting a job we can't finish properly.
